Tier One Partners in Boston is seeking a creative, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This client-facing role focuses on delivering outstanding service, managing media relations, and producing compelling content that drives successful PR campaigns.

You will develop deep understanding of clients’ industries, lead earned media efforts, and collaborate across the team to ensure timely, measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or related field.
• 2-3 years of PR experience, agency preferred, B2B technology.
• Proven track record developing and executing successful earned media campaigns.
• Familiarity with Meltwater.
• Strong understanding of program measurement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify media contacts, craft pitches, coordinate media interviews.
• Develop high-quality written content, including press releases and bylined articles.
• Maintain outstanding client relationships through reporting and effective communications.

Tier One Partners is seeking a creative, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. This is a heavily client-facing role focused on delivering outstanding client service, media relations, and content creation that drives successful public relations campaigns for our clients. We're looking for someone eager to develop a deep understanding of their clients' industries, businesses, and competitive landscapes in order to lead earned media efforts, produce high-quality written materials, and deliver measurable results. Success in this role calls for resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with clients and reporters.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Content

• Play a key role in a client's earned media program, including identifying appropriate media contacts, developing creative pitches, conducting email and phone outreach, and staffing media interviews with clients - all leading to outstanding coverage.
• Develop high-quality written content, including press releases and bylined articles.

Client Management

• Maintain outstanding client relationships through effective communications, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Be highly detail-oriented and able to anticipate next steps and ways to proactively move projects forward.
• Contribute meaningfully to client calls and updates, providing concise updates and informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables remain on track, troubleshoot issues, and optimize tactics for better results.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $62,000-68,000 annually, and may vary based on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, Tier One offers a competitive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution; generous paid time off; hybrid work flexibility; and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
