Qualifications

• Extensive procurement and supply management experience, incl. strategic sourcing.
• Experience in government or municipal procurement preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills.
• Proven leadership and cross-department collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree or CPP/CPPO/CPSM preferred.
