Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced economists with a public policy background to shape how AI reasons about economics. This remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours/week and will influence AI-generated policy analysis for a global audience.

You will review AI-generated economics content, assess reasoning and methods, and provide structured feedback to improve clarity and real-world applicability. Strong policy analysis and clear written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public policy or applied economics.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in public policy, applied economics, or economics education
• Strong command of policy analysis, welfare economics, and regulatory frameworks
• Able to critically assess written economic arguments and recommendations
• Clear and articulate written communicator — comfortable providing detailed feedback
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Nice to Have

• Graduate degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
• Background in government, think tanks, NGOs, or policy research organizations
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
