The Greenridge Group is seeking a Public Outreach Specialist I to support a major airport modernization program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This role focuses on community outreach, stakeholder communications, public notifications, and coordinating outreach activities related to airport roadway and infrastructure projects.

You will prepare notices, respond to inquiries, coordinate meetings, and develop presentations and newsletters.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in public outreach, communications, public relations, or community engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design/ CMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking a Public Outreach Specialist I to support a major airport modernization and construction program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This position will assist with community outreach, stakeholder communications, public notifications, and coordination of outreach activities related to airport roadway and infrastructure improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with public outreach and stakeholder engagement activities for airport construction projects.
• Prepare and distribute construction notices, traffic advisories, project updates, and community notifications.
• Respond to and track public inquiries, comments, and concerns.
• Coordinate community meetings, public events, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.
• Develop presentations, fact sheets, newsletters, and other communication materials.

• Experience coordinating community meetings and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
