Qualifications

• Knowledge of criminal law principles, particularly white-collar crimes.
• At least 3 years of trial experience, preferably with investigations and trials of white-collar crimes.
• Attorneys must be licensed to practice law in Illinois at time of application and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cases and provide legal advice to law enforcement during investigations.
• Initiate charges and litigate motions, trials, sentencing hearings, and post-trial motions.
• Direct grand jury investigations and litigate grand jury matters.
