Job summary

Metro Public Adjustment, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Public Adjuster Trainee to learn how to advocate for policyholders, evaluate property damage, and negotiate settlements across multiple states. Training and mentorship are provided, with no prior adjusting experience required.

You’ll gain hands-on experience inspecting properties, interpreting policies, and assisting with claims documentation while building a career in a mission-driven team dedicated to integrity and advocacy.
