Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under general supervision.
• Focus on prevention of illness and promotion of health.
• Perform women's health services and contraceptive counseling per protocol.
• Administer vaccines and medications per protocol; order and interpret tests.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and referrals in EMR.
• Educate patients and provide referrals; participate in emergency preparedness.
