Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing; PHN course within 1 year of hire.
• Current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification.
• Experience with immunizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per protocols with a focus on immunizations.
• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and collect health history.
• Administer medications and vaccinations; conduct home visits and health fairs as needed.
• Respond to Public Health Emergencies and maintain HIPAA standards.
