Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Psychometrics, Nursing, or a related field.
• Experience leading collaborative research projects.
• Strong capacity for research, including data analysis and reporting.
• Detail oriented and well organized in project management.
• Ability to form productive collaborations and mentor faculty and students.
• Ability to lead and administer grant-funded projects; grant writing experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and build external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on IIHHS through the Leadership Team and initiatives.
• Oversee statewide public health evaluation projects and manage contracts.
• Lead evaluation initiatives, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare grant proposals and sustain IIHHS programs through funding.
• Publish outputs and contribute to annual reporting and communications.
• Manage fiscal, personnel, and administrative duties of the department.
• Mentor staff and students; foster a welcoming workplace culture.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance research impact.
