The University of Kentucky College of Public Health invites applications for an Assistant, Associate, or Professor in the Regular Title Series, 12-month appointment. Qualifications

• PhD, DrPH or equivalent terminal degree in public health, health services research, health policy, public health systems and services research, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability in research, teaching, and service; ability to relate with internal and external constituencies of the University and to mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active research program focusing on health services, public health systems, health policy or evaluation research with a focus based on the faculty area of expertise.
• Teach at least two courses and mentor students, contributing to other courses in the College of Public Health for undergraduate or graduate programs.
• Chair and serve as a member of graduate student committees.
• Publish research manuscripts in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Submit proposals and obtain extramural funding.
• Increase the use of research evidence among practitioners, policymakers, and advocates to improve health policies, services, and systems.
