Job summary

University of California, Davis seeks a Product Development Operations Manager for Innovation & Integration to serve as the bridge between program stakeholders and IT. You will own end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, translate business goals into technical requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive agile delivery on a Microsoft-heavy stack including Azure, Rhapsody, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• For full consideration, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in technical program management or product operations.
• Experience enabling teams on Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Entra ID/RBAC) and Azure DevOps/GitHub for CI/CD; Power BI exposure is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years coordinating technical environments and onboarding developers to large platforms, with security standards adherence.
