Outagamie County Public Health is seeking a Public Health Nursing Supervisor to lead the Public Health Nursing staff and advance preventive health programs. The role combines nursing leadership with prevention, education, policy and data-driven planning to address health needs before they escalate.

The position reports to the Division Manager/Public Health Officer and focuses on reducing illness, linking residents to resources, and strengthening community health.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3–5 years clinical required.
• Wisconsin license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, leadership and coordination to Public Health Nursing staff.
• Promote family-oriented health services, and activities to reduce disease and promote wellness.
• Develop and lead implementation of public health strategies to support the Division.
• Collaborate with private/public organizations to address community health needs.
• Coordinate clinical practice experiences for nursing students and residents.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.
