Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus six months of satisfactory full-time research experience.
• Associate degree and two years six months of satisfactory full-time research experience.
• Four-year high school diploma and four years six months of satisfactory full-time research experience.
• Education and experience equivalent to above; substitutions allowed for credits/credits in statistics or math.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field appointment scheduling for Inspectors.
• Log calls confirming inspector arrivals/departures.
• Research landlord/tenant information.
• Data entry into LeadQuest or other databases.
• Review lab reports for EPA licenses validity.
• Review 311 complaints for validity by contacting complainants.
• Prepare and send correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned.
