Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Health Education, Fitness, Nutrition, Behavioral Health, Nursing, Social Work, or related field and one year of direct work experience in a related area.
• An Associate’s Degree in Public Health or closely related field with three years of direct work experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent with five years of public health education or related work experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements evidence-based public health initiatives to improve community health.
• Develops and delivers health education programs and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Designs outreach campaigns and social media messaging to raise awareness of priorities.
• Plans community engagement events and informational sessions to expand program reach.
• Maintains tracking of expenditures, inventories, and program metrics; reports outcomes to stakeholders.
