Responsibilities

• Directs the personnel of the local health department in providing medical and environmental programs and services.
• Directs the financial management functions of the department and reviews program plans.
• Evaluates employee performance and develops administrative policies for department operation.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and programmatic policies; promotes department services within the community.

Education

Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field
