Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Successful completion of Expanded Duty course or similar program in accordance with Florida rules.
• Certification as a Dental Radiographer pursuant to Florida rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare patient and set up instruments and materials.
• Polish teeth and apply sealants/fluoride as needed.
• Assist in dental emergencies and manage radiographs.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; clean operatories.
• Manage dental inventory and order supplies.
• Enter patient data into Eaglesoft and HMS; schedule appointments.
• Provide oral hygiene education to patients and parents.
