Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Data Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data pipelines, cloud-based data platforms, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with foundational experience in data engineering, software development, or cloud technologies who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

You will work with Python, SQL, and PySpark, help implement ETL processes, and support AWS/Azure cloud services, CI/CD with Git,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or Java; and cloud platforms AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes that ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Support cloud-based data environments and services in AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document data flows and system configurations.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
