Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Responsibilities

• Advise the City in structuring and issuing general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participation, lease and tax increment financings, and other indebtedness.
• Manage outside bond and disclosure counsel; draft ballot measures; advise on state legislation related to municipal finance.
• Conduct in-house trainings on post-issuance requirements, disclosure obligations, and finance-related issues.
• Collaborate with multiple City clients and departments to support capital investment programs.
