Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics/finance/accounting with at least four years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of senior-level or advisory experience preferred.
• Strong English communication; French/Russian/Arabic a plus; ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in capacity development activities in public financial management.
• Coordinate and supervise technical content delivered by IMF regional centers and long‑term experts.
• Design multi‑year capacity development projects, manage activities, contracts, and reporting.
