This role offers hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of municipal finance, with mentorship and a defined career path toward producing banker responsibilities. You will participate in RFPs, bond sizing, cash flow modeling, and debt profile analysis while working with peers, senior bankers, and increasingly, clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, management, engineering or related fields.
• Demonstrated high achievement, especially in team or competitive settings.

Responsibilities

• Gain broad exposure across the full lifecycle of municipal finance transactions, including RFP responses and bond sizing.
• Perform cash flow modeling and debt profile analysis; support transaction execution.
• Collaborate with peers and senior bankers; progressively engage with clients as you progress.
• Relocate to regional offices as you develop origination and relationship skills.
• Demonstrate the initiative to build rapport, communicate persuasively, and convert client interactions into opportunity.
