Job summary

001 Brown & Brown, Inc is seeking a Director of Public Entity Insurance Administration to join their team in Parsippany, NJ. This role requires expertise in public entity insurance and coordination with various staff to service insurance accounts effectively.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience along with a valid NJ Property & Casualty insurance license. Excellent customer relations and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000.00 – $180,000.00 per annum along with various health and financial benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of public entity insurance experience or equivalent property and casualty experience.
• Must have a current, valid NJ Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management position.

Responsibilities

• Develop a full understanding of regulations for joint insurance funds in New Jersey.
• Identify markets and alternative risk mechanisms for public entity business.
• Review quotations, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
