Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting, financial statements, and audit coordination.
• Direct capital markets activities including PIPEs, ATMs, and debt instruments.
• Manage registration statements (S-1, S-3, S-4) and investor communications.
• Oversee M&A diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition reporting.
