You will interview and advise clients, develop Medicaid expertise, handle varied cases, and collaborate with the Medical Legal Partnership.

Responsibilities

• Interview, advise, and represent eligible clients on Medicaid and other public benefits.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Montana Medicaid and other public benefits.
• Provide services ranging from brief counsel to extended representation for MLSA clients.
• Work as part of MLSA’s Medical Legal Partnership practice group.
• Assist with evaluation and data collection; compose correspondence and pleadings.
