Job summary

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in a reception area or call center with high-volume data entry and application processing.
  • An associate degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science or related field with six months of relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first face of contact delivering professional, respectful, and culturally responsive service.
  • Manage administrative operations: phone, email, mail, records, data entry, and meeting coordination.
  • Explain benefits, program requirements, and procedures; maintain accurate case documentation; schedule appointments.
  • Apply agency policies to make informed decisions and timely processing of client services.
  • Connect individuals and families with community resources and support services.
