Job summary

The City of Bothell, in partnership with the Downtown District business community, seeks professional visual artists to join an Artist Roster for future public art opportunities in King and Snohomish counties. Applications are encouraged from historically underrepresented communities to create temporary and semi-permanent public art that reflects local identity and environment.

Artists working in murals, installation art, digital art, sculpture, photography, interactive art and more are welcome

Qualifications

• Artwork must be original and not AI-generated.
• Artist owns rights to images/content used.
• Artwork appropriate for public spaces and general audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to project calls and submit Interest Statements.
• Develop and present public art proposals for downtown Bothell.
• Collaborate with City, Downtown District, and property owners to realize projects.
