Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Houseperson to support our housekeeping team in Tallahassee, FL. You will help keep public areas pristine, assist with guest room support, and ensure guest comfort with a service-oriented mindset.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year in housekeeping. Strong communication, a team spirit, and a commitment to cleanliness are essential. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a housekeeping role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a dynamic hotel environment and maintain a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas to meet standards.
• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when needed.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, mop floors and restock supplies.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist in cleaning as required.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
