Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Houseperson to support our housekeeping team in Jacksonville. You will help keep guest floors, foyers, stairwells and public areas clean and welcoming, ensuring spaces feel like home for our guests.

Daily tasks include restocking and clearing carts, flipping mattresses, moving furniture as needed, and warmly greeting guests. This role requires interaction with a diverse team and a positive, customer‑service driven attitude.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone with at least one month of related experience.
• Passion for customer service and ability to work with others in a diverse team.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and stay energetic in a high‑energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells and public areas.
• Empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
