Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of all public areas throughout the hotel. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong guest service skills, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weights throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Basic verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
