Job summary

Stonebridge in Montgomery, TX is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and elevators, and to support guest services by handling requests and housekeeping tasks.

You will stock supplies, assist with back-of-house areas, and help with occasional turndown service. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One+ month of related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, lobbies, and elevators.
• Respond to guest requests for items such as rollaway beds, refrigerators, and other amenities.
• Clean back-of-house areas and assist with hotel staff, such as vacuuming offices and checking room status.
• Maintain inventory levels for public areas and notify supervisor when supplies are low.
• Follow brand standards and ensure duties are performed to meet guest expectations.
