The ideal candidate has a minimum of a high school education and at least one year in housekeeping, with strong communication, teamwork, and guest-service skills. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in a housekeeping role.
• Outgoing personality and strong guest-service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas to meet quality standards.
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors.
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash.
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to prioritize tasks.
• Keeps lobby, elevators, stairways and Front Desk area clean and debris-free.
• Cleans public restrooms and checks them hourly.
• Delivers items to rooms and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Performs various other duties as assigned.
