Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant to join our team. This full-time role supports guest comfort by cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas, restrooms, lobbies, and corridors to meet quality standards.

The position requires a high school education and at least one year in a housekeeping role. We offer Daily Pay, health and life insurance options, a 401k match, PTO, and other benefits to support your growth within SHG.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests. Restrooms must also be checked on once an hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
