Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management in Orlando is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to maintain the resort's common areas daily, following the established cleanliness checklist to meet the resort's quality standards. This role focuses on brightening guests' days through consistent, courteous service and teamwork.

You will respond to common area calls, ensure proper uniform and name tag, safeguard assets, be familiar with emergencies, and participate in required meetings while maintaining a safe

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Be familiar with emergencies and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas assigned cleaned in accordance with the quality level expected for the resort.
• Respond to common area calls in a safe, efficient and courteous manner.
• Ensure that your proper uniform and name tag is always worn.
• Ensure all assets and supplies for the department are kept secure and in storage.
• Be familiar with all emergencies, fire and reporting suspicious activity procedures.
• Attend and participate required meetings.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times for both the employees and guests.

Public Areas Attendant will be responsible for the common areas’ cleanliness on a daily basis by following the resorts common area checklist and standards of cleanliness. The opportunities to brighten our guests’ days are endless!
