Job summary

The Colony Hotel in Maine, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Lobby Attendant to join the housekeeping team. You will help maintain public areas and assist room attendants, ensuring a welcoming guest environment along with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities include attending to public areas, assisting with cleaning cycles, and delivering friendly guest service. Compensation reflects hourly roles and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to move and position self to reach corners and high places; handle carts up to 100 lbs; operate spray bottles, vacuums, mops, and dusters.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk floors at shift start/end to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill linen stock on each floor pantry.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms and lounges.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Clean all public areas per SOPs.
• Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
