Job summary

Dillard House Mountain Farm Resort is seeking a Public Area Attendant to clean and maintain all public restrooms and areas to meet cleanliness standards. This role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, restocking supplies, greeting guests, resolving issues, reporting maintenance, keeping storerooms organized, and handling lost and found items as needed.

• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors.
• Dust furniture, pictures, and shelves in all public spaces.
• Vacuum carpets, upkeep upholstered furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and windows.
• Replenish supplies in the business center and other public areas.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to the disposal area.
• Greet guests with a positive and friendly demeanor, offering assistance when needed.
• Address any guest issues or concerns promptly, taking responsibility to resolve them.
• Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance department through proper channels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storerooms.
• Remove lost and found items from public areas and document them accordingly.
