Legacy Hospitality in Albuquerque is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain all public spaces, lobbies, hallways and common areas, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests.

This role requires reliability and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, staying active throughout the shift and adhering to safety standards to keep the property guest-ready.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, hallways and common spaces
• Vacuum, dust and ensure all spaces are presentable and guest ready
• Restock supplies in public and common areas as needed
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the property
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards
• Support the team in creating a welcoming environment for guests

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically demanding role Candidates must be able to

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequently lift carry push or pull up to 50 pounds cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and kneeling
• Work safely with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain stamina and attention to detail throughout the shift
