Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience with depositions, law and motion, written discovery.
• Experience with public agency, class action, or land use is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in public agency, class action, complex tort litigation, writs, and appeals.
• Take and defend depositions and manage discovery.
• Coordinate with experts and conduct large document reviews.
