Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one year of pharmacy technician work experience or Kaiser Colorado Pharmacy Clerk experience or completion of a pharmacy technician-training program (≥5 months) with community rotation.
PTCB certification required for external applicants or internal mobility; non-certified techs may bid for mobility.
DEA screening may be required.
Prolonged standing and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Demonstrated customer service and ability to understand Kaiser customer needs.
Ability to perform basic calculations for compounding medications.
Excellent oral communication with patients and providers.
Experience with pharmacy operation systems.
Preferred: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities
