Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills so they can fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• If PTCB certified, assist with coaching pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist and support Pharmacy Department operations including inventory management and clerical tasks.
