Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Support role in a retail setting. Under the supervision of the pharmacist, you will assist with pharmacy duties, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate patient and drug information entry.

You will interact with customers to provide a positive experience, help with product questions, and support cash handling and inventory activities. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Enter patient and drug information; verify accuracy.
• Assist cashiers at the register and handle cash as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Support inventory management and store operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and pharmacy codes.
