Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification required or obtained as condition of promotion.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems; support cash register operations.
• Provide courteous, proactive customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Help with inventory management and checkout processes.
• Adhere to company policies and pharmacy code of conduct.
