Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develops strong relationships with valued customers.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and ensuring accuracy.
• Support pharmacy team with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Handle cash transactions and assist customers to locate OTC products.
• Process manual claims for third-party prescription services and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with clinical services coordination and coordination with Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
