Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and support patient care.

You will greet customers, help with products, handle cash, and support inventory and clinic operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations. Fluent English is required; PTCB certification is pursued or maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under supervision.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and verify information.
• Respond to customer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash and operate cash registers.
• Support inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
