Job summary

Deloitte in Tempe, AZ is seeking a seasoned PLM professional to lead Windchill implementations and guide complex engineering projects for Industrial Products and Aerospace & Defense sectors.

You will design and implement PLM solutions across PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, collaborating with architects and developers to meet client objectives and drive value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill.
• Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities.
• Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill.
• Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Due to the nature of this position and applicable federal restrictions, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization is preferred.
• Sales experience, RFP experience, and data migration strategy development are advantageous.
• Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations and technical development in enterprise solutions.

• Technical Advisory and Collaboration: Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure alignment with client's business objectives

• Solution Design and Implementation: Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity, from exploratory proof of concepts to large-scale integrations.Design and architect solutions that meet business requirements. Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, configuration management and Partslink.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $141,000-$278,300

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
