Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of licensure to work in SNF/LTC in New Jersey. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule, placing you on site in Millville, NJ.

You will provide quality PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT and contribute to patient care outcomes and continuity. The role requires 1 year of recent PTA experience in SNF/LTC and an active NJ PTA license.
