Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapies to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility within Solaris HealthCare Pensacola in Pensacola, FL. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life for residents.

The role requires active Florida PTA licensure (or eligibility), with SNF/post-acute experience preferred and Net Health knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Contribute to care planning and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
