Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Castro Valley, CA. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients regain function.

The role requires graduation from CAPTE-accredited PTA program, active state license and CPR, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Document patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
