The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in California. You will provide skilled treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT, ensuring accurate documentation and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Licensure: Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Skills: Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
