Job summary

KingRecruitingServices invites a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our clinical team in Pinole, CA. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and help advance patient outcomes in a respectful, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include documenting patient activities and charges, maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and medical staff, and adhering to state practice acts and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
