Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site rehab team serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. You will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring mobility, function, and independence.

You’ll provide hands-on therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and patient education while accurately documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/credential in the applicable state.
• Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Lead hands-on therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and independence.
• Provide gait and balance training and patient education.
