Renewal Rehab is seeking a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver competent, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA certification and license as required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to work under Physical Therapist supervision.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based interventions under PT supervision.
• Document patient progress in EMR with accuracy.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support mobility and QoL.
• Assist with care planning and documentation as part of the team.
